Karma has more than two decades of experience on projects assessing site geology and contaminant migration and evaluating and implementing remedial options for groundwater, surface water, sediment, and soil quality. Her project experience includes serving as principal in charge for multiple projects involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and managing investigation and remediation activities at multiple crude-oil pipeline releases. She has also assisted the airline industry at multiple major metropolitan airports with various projects involving investigation and remediation of fuel releases, environmental compliance audits, and fuel system inspections.
