Barr recently promoted two engineers to vice president in its Ann Arbor, Michigan, office: Bethany Kelly, senior geotechnical engineer, and Daniel Petlicki, senior mechanical engineer. The Ann Arbor office also welcomed seven new employees, while the Grand Rapids office welcomed two new employees.
