He manages projects ranging in size from small and straightforward to large and complex. William frequently works on mechanical systems related to power generation and has developed main-steam, reheat-steam, circulating-water, cooling-water, and auxiliary plant systems. He completes preliminary and detailed design, procures and sizes equipment, determines code compliance, prepares equipment specifications, develops construction drawings, and completes system calculations.
