Toni has nearly two decades of experience providing construction support, road and civil site design, and project management for private land development and municipal engineering projects. She also works on water resources projects involving rock riffle design, embankment design, turf reinforcement design, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. Her construction background helps her bridge the gap between contractors, owners, and engineers while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
