Tom has more than three decades of experience on a wide range of projects involving site investigations, feasibility studies, corrective actions, remedial actions, and risk management. He has worked at numerous manufactured-gas-plant sites and specializes in engineering evaluations and cost analyses. Tom also has significant experience with coking processes and the handling and management of various waste streams such as those containing dioxins and radionuclides. He has managed human health and ecological risk assessments and coordinated compliance of federal orders at former wood-treating sites and ore-processing facilities.
