Tom has nearly three decades of experience managing projects for mining, fuels, and commercial clients and has worked on air and wastewater permits, spill plans, and waste management issues for various industrial clients. His experience encompasses management of RCRA-regulated hazardous waste; air permitting; NPDES permitting; SPCC plans; facility response plans; environmental auditing; and development of environmental management systems. Tom’s experience prior to joining Barr includes reviewing air and wastewater permitting projects for nine years at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
