Tim joined Barr in 2005 and has served as principal in charge, project manager, and lead engineer for mining, fuels, power, and other natural-resources management clients in the U.S. and Canada. He works with clients to develop strategies and designs that meet regulatory requirements while optimizing project outcomes. Tim's experience ranges from site investigations, alternatives analyses, and permitting to design and construction management for complex projects spanning multiple engineering disciplines. He also has experience with feasibility studies, risk analysis, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, water and tailings management, dam safety evaluations, site reclamation planning, cost estimating, and value engineering.
