Tim has more than three decades of experience with hydrology, hydraulics, surface-water quality, and applying geographic information systems (GIS) expertise to engineering and environmental projects. His expertise includes developing GIS-related applications and procedures for water-resources modeling and analysis. As the leader of Barr’s GIS team, Tim provides technical direction for Barr's GIS experts and general users. He has also created surface-water flood and water-quality models, conducted water-balance studies, developed surface-water management plans, and prepared feasibility studies.
