Steve has over two decades of experience as an environmental engineer, including serving as an environmental manager for wastewater compliance for a large pharmaceutical research-and-development company. He assists clients with pipeline and terminal infrastructure permitting projects, NPDES wastewater permitting and regulatory compliance, stormwater and wetlands management, and environmental compliance auditing. He has also worked on mercury, dissolved solids, and phosphorus reduction plans; emergency response plans; and projects involving energy conservation, facility water balances, landfill design, and stream restoration.
