Rob has more than two decades of experience in industrial construction and project management and a track record of successful project oversight. He helps clients solve complex construction challenges with an emphasis on efficient, safe, and on-schedule execution. His work focuses on managing resources, scheduling and project coordination, constructability assessment, cost and schedule estimating, cost control, safety, and overall project execution. Rob has also assisted mining clients with tailings management projects.
