Paul has over 40 years of civil engineering experience providing design, permitting, construction contracting and administration, and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis services. He has worked on numerous earthwork and water-management projects involving landfill permitting, design, and construction; stormwater drainage design; levee and dam design; and environmental assessment and remediation. Paul serves mining clients with his expertise in mine water management design; waste permitting, design, and construction management; and tailings management planning and reclamation design. Paul also serves industrial clients in forest products, power generation, cement manufacturing, agribusiness, municipalities, and governmental agencies. His recent project work includes installation of new auxiliary boilers for a power plant, environmental services for coal-yard decommissioning, and design and permitting for an oilfield special waste landfill.
