Paul has more than two decades of experience in the investigation, design, and construction of mining and industrial facilities, dams, and other structures. He has assisted clients with detailed design and construction of iron-ore, coal, industrial-minerals, and lead-processing facilities in North and South America. A FERC-approved independent consultant, Paul conducts dam safety inspections; evaluates earth embankment stability; designs structures, foundations, and retaining walls; and provides dam stabilization design, hydraulic gate evaluation, and new gate design.
