Paul has more than three decades of structural engineering experience including as a project manager, estimator, and field engineer. He has worked on transportation and public-works projects for city, county, state, and federal government clients as well as on industrial projects. At Barr, Paul specializes in structural design for industrial facilities. His work includes designing gate control structures, conducting feasibility studies, evaluating tunnel systems, and providing temporary wall designs for numerous industrial projects.
