Nick has more than 15 years of experience with environmental permitting and compliance and holds degrees in chemical engineering and law. He has experience both as a consultant and attorney and assists industrial and municipal clients with regulatory compliance strategies, permitting, design, technical evaluation, and process analysis. Nick’s project experience includes water permitting and treatment, environmental review and permitting, and environmental regulations for the power industry such as steam-electric effluent guidelines and regulations for coal-combustion residuals.
