Neal has nearly 15 years of experience in the natural gas industry, with emphasis on engineering solutions for existing pipelines, stations, compressor stations, and gas storage field facilities. His experience comes from both consulting engineering and working in the industry as a gas storage, compression, and distribution engineer and as an on-site engineer at gas compressor stations. He also has experience with pipeline and facility outage procedures, fuel gas, glycol, oil, and compressed-air piping systems. His services include engineering, design, project management, hydraulic and compressible flow modeling, budgeting and estimating, on-site construction support, studies, third-party reviews, specifications, fabrication inspections, and field verifications.
