He has more than five years of experience in the design of best management practices and stormwater infrastructure and has developed numerous large, calibrated water-quality and hydraulic models. Michael is a proficient technical writer and researcher, having completed many stream and lake total-maximum-daily-load studies and stressor identification reports. His work also includes stream restoration and flood risk analysis.
