Mark has more than two decades of experience as a project manager and civil engineer for flood-control, stormwater-management, hydroelectric, and mining projects. He assists clients with civil engineering design, specifications, permitting, cost estimating, and construction management. Mark has provided design and geotechnical expertise for several of Barr’s large-scale flood control efforts and has worked with agencies such as the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and FERC.
