Kelly Miller

Kelly has nearly a decade of engineering experience with projects involving water resources, civil field work, and construction observation. She assists a variety of clients in mining and municipal and state government with environmental and water resources projects. Kelly provides design, water balance and stormwater modeling, permitting, and construction observation services for projects related to wastewater treatment, water quality, process water systems, stormwater tunnels, water and stormwater management, and dewatering.
