Joe has more than two decades of experience as a project manager and engineer for remedial and industrial projects involving design, specification, remedial cost engineering, and construction management. His project management experience includes the fast-track permitting, design, and construction of a sand-processing facility in western Wisconsin and the design and construction of interim removal action measures performed with U.S. EPA and Michigan DEQ oversight at a former cement plant. Joe also designed, wrote specifications, and observed construction of a treatment wetland for groundwater discharge into an urban lake. He has also worked on projects at crude-oil pipeline terminals, petroleum refineries, and railcar-unloading facilities.
