Jim Eidem has more than two decades of experience and has served as project manager and lead hydrogeologist on projects that involve soil and groundwater investigations, brownfield redevelopments, and solid-waste facility expansions. He specializes in designing and implementing investigation plans, developing hydrogeologic conceptual models, and preparing response action plans in support of site development. Jim has developed and negotiated investigative scopes with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and with state agencies in Minnesota, Illinois, and North Dakota. His clients include solid-waste facilities, chemical distribution companies, universities, power companies, industrial manufacturers, and real estate developers.
