Jessica has two decades of experience in stream stabilization and restoration, wetland restoration, erosion control, and stormwater management. She provides assessment and design for stream stabilization projects; manages design and construction of fish-passage improvement projects; and communicates with regulators to verify compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Prior to joining Barr, Jessica was an agricultural engineer with the USDA in Duluth, Minnesota, providing a variety of assistance to the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
