Jen has more than a decade of experience assisting both public and private clients with a variety of water management projects. Her work involves stormwater management planning, permitting, and design; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; water quality modeling, and the design of best management practices. Jen also conducts lake diagnostic studies and develops total-maximum-daily-load reports and implementation plans.
