Jeff Lee

Jeff has more than three decades of experience as a professional ecologist. He specializes in stream assessment and restoration, state and federal environmental review, natural resource inventories, and native-plant-community restoration and management. Jeff has managed stream, wetland, and upland restoration design; conducted natural resource assessments for parks and large land-development and industrial projects; and designed and constructed park systems and stormwater management infrastructure. He has also prepared federal environmental assessments for large power-generation projects and aggregate mining operations as well as reviewed, assessed, and recommended natural-resource management programs for regional park systems.

Jeff joined Barr after serving for 12 years as environmental operations manager for the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. In that position, he led a group responsible for environmental education and natural resources management within the park system.
