Ed Galbraith

Ed has nearly 35 years of experience with environmental regulation and consulting. Eight of those years have been spent in private consulting, assisting clients with permitting and regulatory challenges involving stormwater management and planning, regulatory compliance, waste-water, and environmental assessment and review.

Ed’s career also includes four years serving as director of the MoDNR’s Division of Environmental Quality, where he oversaw all aspects of the state’s environmental regulatory programs governing the quality of air, water, and soil, as well as water infrastructure funding.
