Dan has more than three decades of experience in the areas of regulatory analysis, site assessment and investigation, remedial design, brownfield redevelopment, hazardous waste management, and remedial action coordination. He specializes in addressing environmental issues at contaminated sites and industrial facilities and developing practical, cost-effective solutions for redeveloping contaminated land. Dan has directed environmental site assessments and cleanups for a wide array of complex projects, including highway and light-rail-transit construction; plant decommissioning; renewable energy development; and plant expansions for mining, refining, and chemical manufacturing. He also helps clients obtain brownfield grant funding for contaminated site redevelopment.
