Chandler has more than three decades of experience as a consultant managing and conducting projects involving Phase I environmental site assessments, remedial investigations and cleanups, environmental compliance projects and audits, environmental management systems, and environmental data management. He has prepared permit applications for and conducted compliance assessments of various media at ethanol plants, chemical plants, and other industrial facilities. His work includes preparing New Source Review/Prevention of Significant Deterioration (NSR/PSD) air permit applications, performing best available control technology (BACT) reviews, managing emission-source-testing projects, and developing environmental assessment documents.
