Carlos has 15 years of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering. At Barr, his work focuses on project management and civil design for renewable energy projects throughout the United States and Canada. He also assists with mining, dam, flood control, and lined facility projects and prepares civil design and contract documents. In addition, Carlos has provided construction observation and design for tailings management and levee projects. Before joining Barr, he gained experience as an engineer/engineering technician for a forensic and geotechnical engineering firm in North Dakota.
