Brian has nearly 15 years of civil and structural engineering experience working on structural design, inspection, and rehabilitation projects. He specializes in steel and concrete design for buildings, foundations, and hydraulic structures. Brian inspects and evaluates structures, and he prepares construction plans and specifications, inspection reports, cost estimates, and options studies. He also co-manages Barr’s fall protection program for inspection practices and holds an ANSI Z359 Fall Protection Competent Person certification.
