Brian Bellmore

Brian’s experience includes managing large tailings-basin design and construction projects and preparing tailings management and expansion plans for the Saskatchewan mining industry. At Barr, he has overseen construction of levee projects and designed tailings and brine storage basins, access roads, site drainage, and pumping systems. Brian’s additional services include cost estimating, civil design, hydraulic modeling, stream stabilization studies, land and hydrographic surveying, and construction administration.
