Andrew has experience in air-dispersion modeling, noise and vibration studies, and noise modeling. He evaluates noise and light impacts for mining projects and models potential fogging and icing from stacks and cooling towers as well as accidental chemical releases for risk assessment and emergency planning. Andrew prepared a meteorological model of Minnesota’s North Shore–Iron Range region, modeled long-range pollutant transport to Class I areas, performed noise modeling for power-generation facilities, and modeled noise impacts associated with wind turbines.
