Allison Pearson

Allison has 14 years of experience as an environmental engineer with experience in environmental review, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, water-quality-based toxics control, stormwater management, and general regulatory assistance. She coordinates with clients, public officials, and regulatory agencies to facilitate complex permitting projects for industrial and mining facilities. Allison has experience with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental reviews and has prepared environmental assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) for multiple federal and state agencies.

 

Allison works on a variety of permitting and regulatory projects such as antidegradation analysis; municipal pretreatment program evaluation; land quality permitting; groundwater monitoring and remediation; facility environmental audits; state, federal, and local permitting for pipelines and greenfield sites; and regulatory feasibility assessments. She is currently involved in projects for private industry clients in mining, power, manufacturing, ethanol production, and oil pipelines, as well as municipal clients.
