She brings more than two decades of experience as a principal, manager, staff engineer, and senior permitting specialist for projects along energy-transportation and power-transmission corridors. Her experience includes permitting, environmental review, field environmental compliance, remediation, and emergency-response support for pipeline expansions, compliance programs, spill responses, and Superfund site cleanup projects across the U.S. Midwest. Alina’s background merges front-line technical experience with detail-oriented management skills, resulting in proven, client-focused solutions to challenging projects.
